Rajendra Jain
Co-founder & CEO

Rajendra Jain has 20 years of experience building and operating electronic trading products & teams globally, in a variety of settings ranging from start-up to large enterprise. Until 2018, he served as Managing Director, Electronic Trading, at Investment Technology Group (previously NYSE:ITG), a global financial technology innovator and brokerage solutions provider. He was instrumental in building & operating ITG’s global electronic execution product portfolio, including ITG’s smart order router and marketplace (POSIT ATS). He helped build & operate ITG’s Retail orders execution platform in the US. Rajendra became part of ITG through their 2004 acquisition of Radical Corp., a trading platform start-up. Rajendra started his career in 1993 and until 2001 he was CEO & Director on the Board at SBP-Chem Pvt. Ltd., India, his family owned chemical manufacturing company. Rajendra earned BE degree with Honors from MNIT, Jaipur and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, both in India.

Krishna Memani
Co-founder

Krishna Memani is the Chief Investment Officer of Lafayette College.  Krishna is a Trustee of Carillon Family of Funds of Raymond James Inv. Management. He is also a board member for the Federal Home Loan Bank Office of Finance. Previously, Krishna served as Vice Chairman of Investments at Invesco. He joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019, where he was the Chief Investment Officer . Before he joined OppenheimerFunds in 2009, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank, heading US and European credit analysis. Earlier, he headed global credit research at Credit Suisse, was in charge of high grade and high yield portfolios at Putnam Investments, and was the Fixed Income Strategist and manager of Mortgage Research at Morgan Stanley. He also worked as a Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley and Price Waterhouse. Krishna earned a BE degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, an MA degree in economics with a focus on econometrics from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Hitesh Joshi
Co-founder

Hitesh Joshi is a hands-on technologist and product manager with 18 years of experience in trading technologies. He has the skills to build and assemble disparate technology pieces, utilizing limited resources and at a rapid pace, to deliver high performance electronic trading systems. Hitesh worked in equities product management at Nasdaq until 2020. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at ITG until 2017 where he was Managing Director in charge of smart order routing product management globally. From 2002 to 2006, Hitesh worked at ICTI as an engineer handling nuts and bolts of electronic trading operation. Hitesh earned BE from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
